Debra McDonagh Joins Acentech as Proposal Manager

Acentech is pleased to announce that Debra McDonagh has joined Acentech as a Proposal Manager in the firm’s Marketing group based in its Cambridge headquarters. Debra is a marketing expert with over 15 years of experience in proposal management, content strategy, and brand graphics within the AECO industry. As Proposal Manager, she is responsible for the development and delivery of the firm’s proposals and qualifications, managing the process across our core and targeted markets, to support Acentech’s national growth strategy.

Debra’s background in AEC marketing spans professional roles in proposal development and brand communications with regional and national engineering, architectural and real estate firms, and a specialty general contracting company. Combining her marketing foundation and passion for design, she brings creativity and storytelling skills to Acentech’s proposal process and communicating the value of our services. She is a natural collaborator who excels at rallying with multi-disciplinary teams and liaising with clients to compose highly responsive proposals to address client and stakeholder requirements.

Before her foray into the AECO industry, Debra worked in the fashion industry and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She is a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
