When FS Investments (formerly known as Franklin Square Capital Partners) made the decision to relocate their headquarters from downtown Philadelphia to a new building in the city’s Navy Yard Corporate Center, the investment management firm opted to completely change the way they communicated both internally and externally.
Acentech collaborated with Watchdog Real Estate Management to create audiovisual solutions that would connect conference rooms for collaboration, training theater, and boardrooms. Acentech’s audiovisual consultants also designed systems for the building’s café display wall, fitness center, and digital signage system.
Most conference rooms within the new building use collaborative technology to communicate. HD capture and streaming extends their training room meetings to the desktop and digital signage system.
The new 80,050 square-foot building, class A office building includes four stories, natural light-filtered floor plans, communal work spaces known as “Town Square”, state-of-the-art conference facilities, a multi-use wellness facility, and a health food-focused café. Our team made sure to meet the firm’s goal of providing employees with easy to use, leading technology that supports the firm’s high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture.
